As part of the Dragon Beast Summer Training Camp, there are a limited number of positions for our Steerers Internship Program.  This program is for people who can already steer at a "basic" level" to deveiop their skills and confidence to a highly proficient level.  Program participants will be mentored on a "one to one" basis, get hours of practice time steering on 9 meter wide course with buoys every 12.5 meters, and learn skills such as lining up the boat on a marked course, wash riding, and 2K turns.  Topics such as safety, how to load the boat for maximum efficiency (both steering wise and speed wise), and other tips and skills are covered.  To register, complete a registration for the Summer Training Camp and indicate Steerers Internship as your camp goal.
